Newcastle offers many Technology options to meet our customers' needs. The in-home systems offered are custom fit by experienced Audio/Video, Lighting Control and Security technicians. Each Newcastle technician is educated in the latest technology in the field, and can offer multiple options reflecting the most innovative products available. Our technicians help the

customer identify, coordinate and incorporate technology systems that take advantage of the world of technology available outside the home. Newcastle is also committed to making the technology easy to understand and operate. Our technicians offer full in-house training after you move in to ensure your ability to take full advantage of the technology built into your new home or remodeling project.

Systems Offered

Whole House Audio/Video and Telephone

Our pre-wired A/V and telephone wiring schemes include the highest quality category 5 (phone) and quad shielded RG-6 (cable) wire available. Our A/V contractor is the largest new home installer in Upstate New York, with experience from the most basic phone and cable systems to custom in-house Home Theatres and whole house A/V.

Audio pre-wire: Speaker, volume control (VC) and infrared control (IR) per location/room. All wires homerun back to source (stereo location).
Cable TV wiring: CATV run to a location, homerun back to source.
Phone wiring: Phone outlet homerun back to Low Voltage Box, expansion for phone system available at any time with homerun wiring.
Computer wiring: Computer wire run to any location, homerun back to low voltage box allows for networked system.
DSS Prep/Install: Satellite wiring and install of satellite dish, homerun back to low voltage box for whole house distribution.
Home Theatre: Encompasses every option from adding surround sound speakers and a sub-woofer to a Custom designed Home Theatre with special acoustics and custom theatre seating.

Custom A/V Systems

Elan Whole House A/V distribution system featuring separate listening and viewing options in each room wired.
Elan Home Automation Control with wall or counter mounted touch screen and/or push button wall controls.
Telecommunication Systems with many custom features and whole house paging.

Lighting and Systems Control

Newcastle Home Construction Corporation offers the full line and installation of Lutron Lighting and Whole House controls to all new homebuyers and remodeling customers. Newcastle has formed a strong relationship with a local Lutron trained technician who can install and service any of the Lutron products available for residential and commercial use.

Lutron's Homeworks Interactive system offers the homeowner the ability to control lighting, audio/video and other sub systems in your home. The Homeworks Interactive system is customized to meet the needs of the homeowner, and can be modified to fit an owner's changing needs. With this system, the level of personal security, household comfort through management of sub system control and house aesthetics are improved through the most advanced whole house technology available today. But the beauty of this system is the simplicity in which the Lutron system interfaces with the homeowner. The combination of keypad styles and the simplicity in which to operate the system through the keypads make Homeworks Interactive the choice of the most discriminating homeowner.
